Morning Set

I let myself get a little distracted this morning, but I was partially backing up and trying to figure out my main character’s attitude. It changed from the beginning in the book, but I don’t want it changing yet. She was once headstrong and full of spice but now she’s just letting things happen to her. Sucks. Bad writing.
Anyway, word count right now (I edited some first chapters while I was writing but that doesn’t count.) is just short of 900. I’m probably going to dive back in later today to make up the loss of words today. I’m going to try plotting via note cards, something new I haven’t done before. I picked it up from Holly Lisle’s ebook.
So about 900 for fiction so far this morning.
