I didn’t end up shortening my article at all. I did some editing this morning and turned it in as is.
Now, I’ve completed some other writing assignments, and might have picked up another one. I hate the nonfiction stuff but I plan on using this new assignment to help me land some nonfiction articles for kid magazines.
In the meantime, I’m on the search for new vocabulary a day newsletters. I plan on using them to help me expand my current vocabulary, which is probably something just short of 2000 words. :p
Fiction is going okay, if you call stalled okay.
