I’m on assignment to write one article. I’m actually very proud of it… except it is too long. 
The original request was for minimum 500 word article. I know articles that are too long are often rejected but I’m reluctant to take anything out at the moment, even if it could mean I could use the material to write another article for someone else. It is due tomorrow so I might just give up for the day and try again tomorrow morning to edit it down a bit. Might be a good idea anyway, so I can get a good review of it to proofread.
Oh well.
