This is sad.
It has three thick paragraphs at the beginning that’s all backstory. And when it gets to where the book actually starts, I wrote: “When the story starts…”
How pathetic is that? Wow I should read back what I write more often.
This synopsis stuff isn’t so easy. I’m going to have to do some more studying on it. Read some more books maybe (can you say, procrastination?).
By the way, whoever invented the ‘writer your plot and scenes down on index cards’ idea owes me a 300 pack of cards. Back to notebooks and writing it in Word for me. Too many ideas, never enough space. I threw too many of those things out and still didn’t have a complete plot.
